Why don’t Republican leaders actually do any of the big “conservative” things that they routinely promise during campaign seasons?

Why don’t Republicans actually slash the size, role, and scope of government, as they promise again and again?

Why don’t Republican Governors actually lead their states into a small government reality when they have the chance? Especially when they have Republican dominated state legislative bodies to work with?

Why don’t Republicans do any of these things even as Democrats seem to have no reservations and no trouble at all in using their power to move culture leftward in massive strides?

While these questions are valid and we tend to hear them asked with some frequency, at this point we should be more than a little suspicious as to whether the questions are being asked seriously or whether they’re just a routine part of a contrive, controlled political puppet show system that we’ve been conditioned to accept as legitimate.

So why are we always asking the same questions and wondering the same things about our political leaders?

Could it be that we don’t really want real answers to the questions we’re asking? Or could it be that we’re ignoring the answers that come to mind when we dare to take the rhetorical questions seriously?

Whatever the case, I’d like to offer for your consideration an answer to one of these rhetorical questions: Why do Republican governors talk so big but do so little about federal tyranny?

Republican governors act this way because they view themselves as the equivalent of department managers at a big box store. They view their positions as akin to managing the shoe department or the office supply department in a Walmart. And many of them would very much like to have a shot at becoming the store manager (President) themselves one day, so they can be counted on to be a good team player.

That’s it.

It’s not complicated. It’s actually quite simple.

Most (if not all) Republican state governors idolize the Socialist “indivisible union” concept and covet the ring of power currently residing in Washington, D.C.

This is why we should never count on them to do any of the Big Things needed to restore true freedom, liberty, security, and peace to the land.

They don’t want to end Amerikan-style Socialism. They want to defend and even expand it.

They don’t want to end the U.S.S.A. Empire built on fake-money, perpetual war, and increasing mass dependence through the ever-expanding welfare state. They want to defend and expand its power.

This is what the shoe department managers running most (if not all) Republican dominated states actually want to do and actually will continue doing for as long as we allow them the opportunity to do so.

They don’t want to topple Mordor and they don’t want to destroy the Ring of Power. They want to use them both to the benefit of their true team in support of their true goals…which have nothing to do with ending D.C. tyranny.
