Here we go again.

Another highly regarded “Christian leader” – this time one o’ the tip top faves of the super-duper-Christian-ish (and thoroughly paganized) Political Right – has “come out” as the latest in a long line of pragmatically pagan-minded politicos to endorse an unrepentant, biblically illiterate casino and strip club promoter for President.

But how can this be? How can a super Christian-ish candidate like Ben Carson do such a thing?

To even ask such a question is to demonstrate either a profound ignorance or determined denial of reality, since just a few months ago Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, and all of the “less Christian-ish” wannabe Presidents on the GOP debate stage pledged to support whomever won the GOP nomination…and they all knew full well that The Donald was in the race for that crown, since he has literally been front and center in each and every Republican primary season debate.

Earlier this month in How’s that GOP loyalty pledge looking now, Mr. Cruz/Bush/Rubio/Carson?, we tried to shed more light on the path that Dr. Carson has now taken (and is advising us to follow):

Deals with The Devil are a bad idea.

As it turns out, deals with The Donald aren’t so bright either.

Yet that’s exactly what Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, and all the rest of the Republican President wannabes jumped into back in the fall of 2015 when they each personally, proudly, and quite publicly pledged to support the GOP nominee for President in 2016before they even knew who it would be.

In a lovely little article titled When Everybody Was Distracted, Marco Rubio May Have Just Blown Up the Republican Party, New York magazine reminds us that:

On September 3, 2015, many Republicans heaved sighs of relief when Donald Trump signed a pledge saying he’d support the GOP nominee for president instead of entertaining a third-party candidacy. In order to secure that pledge, all of the other candidates signed it, too, which wasn’t surprising since everyone but Trump had promised to support the nominee during the very first candidate debate.

Trump was pretty clear that he’d honor the pledge so long as the GOP treated him “fairly,” which most obviously meant he’d have firm party support if he did win the nomination (still not something many Republicans seriously thought possible last September).

And at nearly every subsequent Republican debate some candidate would ritualistically opine that every one of them would be a better president than the godless socialists running for the Democratic nomination — and nobody publicly dissented.

So how’s that deal with The Devil (and The Donald) looking right about now, Mr. Cruz? What does your choosing to make it tell us about your wisdom and your reliability as a “Christian leader”?

Same goes for you, Jeb Bush. And Marco Rubio. And Ben Carson. And…you get the picture.

I know, I know…I’m a bad person for even asking such questions. We should all just ignore these glaring, uncomfortable realities and pretend that they don’t tell us a lot about who we are and what we’ve become in America as a result of endlessly buying into the GOP-first/America-first counterfeit of Christianity routinely pitched by the Pagan Political Right and it’s wide range of Statists, some of whom play the Christian card more convincingly than others, but all of whom will ultimately make and follow through on various deals with The Devil (and The Donald).

What’s this insanely and intensely stupid “loyalty oath” tell us about the judgment and ultimate loyalties of each and every one of the wannabe Presidents who  – whether The Donald actually wins the GOP nomination or not – agreed to support his quest for the White House if he did win the nomination?

It tells us a whole lot, actually…most (if not all) of which the vast majority of politically active “conservative Christians” in America will dutifully ignore.

Or maybe religiously ignore is a better way to put it, since the religion of Statism has long eclipsed Christianity in the hearts, minds, and lives of most professing Christians in the land.

It’s instances like this in which God gives us clear glimpses into who and what we’re actually dealing with in the parade of Statists seeking the GOP nomination.

So here we are, one Carson down and one Cruz to go… (see: Would Ted Cruz endorse Donald Trump for President? We may soon find out.)

God is gracing us with some amazing clarity here.

Unwanted, avoided, and often hated clarity, to be sure, but clarity nonetheless.

  1. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

I took the time to count 100 satanic symbols that you used on this page alone. I didn't even get through all the right hand column thumbnails either! That is only counting each flag as one, instead of counting all the visible pentagrams on each flag. Shit, you have a baphomet directly to the right of the comments. No, you don't give damn about the spiritual consequences of rebellion and witchcraft.

Either you are completely ignorant (even though you have had warning) or you intentionally serve the serpent. Either way, you need mercy and that is exactly what Jesus Christ came to do, show mercy and forgive those that return unto Him with their heart.

Do you really think that your work will have any impact for good when it is littered with such blatant evil. It really is a vexation to visit here and you might be pleased to know that I will not be visiting your pagan site any longer. I do hope you repent when you realize your error.

Witchcraft is a lust of the flesh; and as with any sin, it comes with grave consequences, spiritually.

  2. Shouldn't we be happy to have as much moral support behind a man like Trump as we can get. I am not a big Trump fan but isn't a Trump with Carsen better then a Trump without Carsen. After all aren't we called to help these kind of people not just tear them down?

    1. Try applying that "logic"consistency and see where it goes, Ben. You've just made a (very weak and dangerous) case for supporting ANYONE, no matter how evil.

The way that Christians truly help people is by loving them enough to confront and correct them with the Gospel-fueled Great Commission. We're not "helping" anyone in the true sense by accommodating, rationalizing and justifying evil. That's not love. It's hate. And it's always destructive.

I agree. I have wanted to support some of your work as you do teach some "hard truths" but neglect responding to the spiritual implications of the use of New Age Bible Versions and symbols that attract Satan's angels, as well as the voter fraud issues that truly nullify over half of your articles. You haven't responded to many of my comments where I have exhorted you in many areas including the authority that Satan does have in this world. And you lied to me by telling me that you were going to respond as soon as you get a chance. Apparently you want every one else to "repent accordingly" when it is YOU correcting others, but when someone comes along that actually knows the Lord and is familiar with the folly of the institutionalized churchianity on various levels and corrects you with scripture and evidences, you do not do as you teach.

        REPENT ACCORDINGLY DUDE

  3. More pathetic self righteous blather from the corporate 501c3 "glassy eyed waiting for the rapture" pew sitting Fiery tongue hypocrite.

Congrats your establishment RINO scum just slit their own throats, by blaming Trump for the violence of the radical Left. Carson is biting the bullet and doing what is BEST and most prosperous for America. A rare quality in self righteous so called "Christians" these days.
